I had so much fun doing this as Kristian was well-oiled before we hit record (which he didn't realize). I've had the pleasure of speaking with Kristian. He is one of the most genuine and helpful guys. I respect these guys because it is a lot of pressure to get things more than perfect. In this chat, Kristian opens up about the highs and lows of running a successful business ( including losing control of it), surrounding yourself with the right people, and finding that elusive work-life balance.
