The award for Best Decorative/Wallcovering project goes to John Neill Painting and Decorating. This was a new construction project completed in conjunction with the builder and the homeowner. In addition to completing all of the painting, staining and wallpaper installation, their decorative painter also hand painted every switch plate to match the surface it was mounted on. All of the switch plates were white and matched to wood, slate, tile and marble surfaces to blend seamlessly into each space.
