Best Light Industrial Project

The award for Best Light Industrial Project goes to Adam Roe Painting. This project was the final phase of a multi-phased New Build construction for the YMCA of Meridian Idaho. The scope consisted of concrete coatings, metal priming and coating, epoxy wall coverings on the CMU and Industrial Dry Fall.
Going into the project, they knew that the Pool Installers schedule would impact ALL the other subcontractor's ability to perform their scope and would create scheduling changes and process interruptions. They used PCA Standards along with their previous working reputation to negotiate the cost impacts that were created by the Pool Installers work flow.
The day before the Grand Opening, the owners requested a Brand Marketing Logo on the CMU wall of the interior of the building post completion. Adam Roe Painting saved the day with some painting heroics - they laser lined the logo and the client was very pleased with the result.
