According to Mason Marquis, owner of Spray-Tex and Jesse Kreisman, owner of Alco Products Inc, it does...and once you've found the secret elixir, your business will finally be free to level up.
Marquis had a hard time stepping away from sales. He loved it. And, more importantly, he didn't trust someone enough to release those reins.
Kreisman in contrast understood that his business had hit a ceiling, and it would require a certain kind of salesperson (and not the kind we would expect) to break through the roof.
